Empower Phone

Privacy policy

Effective September 18, 2026

Nature's Dream Landscape, Inc. operates Empower Phone for authorized work calling. This policy covers the iPhone app and the connected Empower calling service, including information about people who call us.

Information we use

We use your work account identity and access permissions to authorize the app. Device registration and push-notification identifiers help deliver calls. Connection credentials are stored in the iPhone's secure storage. Call information may include caller number, an available Contact name, call time, duration, and status.

The app uses the microphone during calls. Where recording is enabled, the calling service records and transcribes work calls after the call-flow notice. Recordings, transcripts, and related call information are stored or linked in Empower. Identified conversations are associated with the relevant Contact.

How information is used

We use this information to authenticate users, deliver and manage work calls, identify callers, maintain customer conversation history, and troubleshoot problems. Configured AI processing may produce transcripts, summaries, or sentiment assessments. These can be inaccurate and should be checked against the conversation before being relied upon.

Service providers and access

Zoho provides Empower account and business-record services. Twilio provides calling, recordings, and associated services. Apple delivers iPhone call notifications. OpenAI processes audio or conversation text for server-side transcription and configured AI analysis. Each provider receives information needed for those functions. Authorized company personnel can access work-call records according to their Empower permissions.

Retention

Our standard retention period for original call audio is six calendar months. Audio may be retained longer when needed for a legal obligation, dispute, or preservation request. Transcripts, summaries, call details, and dated sentiment assessments, where created, are retained as Contact history while needed for the business relationship and our recordkeeping obligations. Removing audio does not itself remove that history.

Signing out disconnects that iPhone; it does not delete the company's existing call records. Access to the app is managed by the organization.

Your choices and requests

You can sign out of the app and manage its microphone permission in iPhone Settings. Microphone access is needed to speak during calls. For questions, correction or deletion requests, or assistance with account access, email office@naturesdreamlandscape.com. We review requests in light of applicable retention obligations. Do not include passwords, connection codes, or customer recordings in your initial email.
